Hello, I am Mari Geasair, a speaker, trainer and business strategist dedicated to helping gifted, creative and innovative professionals get out of their own way.

I  have owned five businesses of my own and been an entrepreneur for over 35 years. In addition, I have spent over 18,000 hours working personally with small business owners and self-employed individuals through one-one consulting and small group classes.

When it comes to the issues small business owners face, If I haven’t “seen it all” by now, I have certainly seen a lot of it!

During that time I have come to understand that the core issues that hold people back are not training or expertise. They are not even attitude and mindset issues. The key issues holding people back are about self-management and communication.

I speak on topics related to harnessing these two cornerstones of small business success.

My journey to this type of work includes 19 years as a small business coach, Coach University CPT advanced training, Miesner Training from the Freehold Studio, and a BA in theatre in the University of Colorado at Boulder.
